Mental Health Resources’ teen substance abuse program is designed to help teens who have experimented with, begun using, or regularly use substances of any type. Using a group format, the discussions will help teens to identify why they are using and healthy ways to avoid substance use in the future. The 12-week program helps teens better understand their drug use, but also addresses topics such as self-image, better decision making, and understanding how to create change in their life, not just in connection with drugs and alcohol, but positive change in all areas of life.
