The Works in Progress Group is a supportive, therapist-led space for adults who are actively working on themselves emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally. This group emphasizes growth and progress rather than perfection.

This group may be helpful if you are managing stress, anxiety, or low moods; navigating life transitions or personal challenges; working on emotional regulation and coping skills; or simply seeking support while building healthier habits.
