Game Day Group

  • Game Day Group is a fun way to boost your social skills via games, laughter, and a supportive environment! 
  • This group focuses on socializing, money management, active listening, memory exercises, coping skills, and communication skills. 
  • This group is open to all clients who want to learn, grow, and have fun! 

Art Group

  • With Art Group, you can learn new techniques to express yourself and your feelings, all while connecting with other amazing, creative minds. 
  • This group will engage in art activities such as doodling, sketching, painting, modeling clay fun, and group projects!

Parent Support Group

  • Are you a caregiver or parent with a child who has behavioral challenges or a diagnosis, or are you involved in child-serving systems? Being a parent to a child with behavioral challenges or special needs can be exhausting, stressful, and isolating! Many parents feel as though they are the only ones facing these hurdles, but you are not alone! 
  • At MHR, our Parent Support Group provides a safe space to share experiences, receive support, learn coping strategies, and realize that others understand and are walking a similar path.
